Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must
- Be a graduating high school senior.
- Currently reside in Boone or Winnebago County.
- Intend to major in a field related to medical sciences.
- Be involved in school activities.
- Demonstrate financial need.
Specifications
Academic performance will be given high priority consideration in the selection process.
This scholarship may be renewable for up to four years if criteria is met.
