Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must:
- Be a graduating high school senior.
- Currently reside in Winnebago County.
- Demonstrate exceptional financial need.
Specifications
Academic performance will be given moderate consideration in the selection process.
This scholarship may be renewable for up to four years as long as criteria are met.
