Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a graduating senior at Freeport High School.
- Exhibit artistic talent by participating in the Freeport High School arts curriculum.
- Demonstrate academic achievement, self-motivation, and an interest in the arts.
- Intend to pursue further education in the fine arts.
