Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must:
- Be a graduating senior at Jefferson High School.
- Have participated in high school sports for a minimum of three years, including senior year.
- Demonstrate financial need.
Specifications
Academic performance will be given moderate consideration in the selection process.
Applicants must provide a reference from a high school coach.

Buster was an athlete, a coach, and an athletic director for many years. He understood how important scholarships were because of his own higher education experiences. The intent of this scholarship is to honor him by supporting an athlete from Jefferson High School who will benefit from financial support.
