RFP - Mental and Behavioral Health Consultant Services Sought

On behalf of the Advisory Committee for Winnebago County Mental and Behavioral Health, the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois (CFNIL) is distributing a request for proposal to invite prospective consultants to provide consulting services to review and develop an approach to address access and coordination of behavioral healthcare in Winnebago County.

The Advisory Committee is a public/private partnership comprised of three health systems, 1 FQHC, a national substance and behavioral health provider, as well as several municipal entities. The Advisory Committee is seeking consulting services related to the state of behavioral health in our region. 

The chosen consultant will be expected to review the behavioral health needs and services of Winnebago County as outlined by the Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board to determine a best practice fit, including financial investment and sustainability for the coordination and access to mental/behavioral health services in Winnebago County.
