Senior Memorial Scholarship
Important Note: You must be nominated by your Rockford Public High School Principal to apply for this scholarship.
Purpose: To provide educational resources to a high school graduating senior from the Rockford Public School District 205.
Criteria:
Applicant must be a Rockford Public High School District 205 graduating senior who has been nominated by his/her high school principal. Each high school prinicipal in District 205 shall nominate students based on financial need and academic potential.
Deadline: March 1
Application Instructions:
To apply for this scholarship, you must complete an online application and submit a packet of additional materials in hard copy. Both of these components MUST be RECEIVED by the March 1st deadline.
The scholarship packet requires your school counselor, registrar or principal to verify your academic information so be sure to allow sufficient time to submit the application. Incomplete and late applications will not be accepted.
